You'll be working with a complete group of FSE taking ownership on the operational results over a geographical service area. In this way, you wil. be able to generate operational efficiency and develop relationship with key accounts to ensure the follow up with divisional KPI's.**Your manin responsibilities on this role will be**:- Take ownership of the region assigned and generate reports on service operation performance.- Visit customers face to face with special attention given to key accounts.- Drive customers up the service ladder.- Follow up on the execution of service workorders.- Establish, maintain and implement all quality procedures related to service operation.- Coordinate with person responsible to reinforce strength and improve weakness in the workflow chain.- Customers maintenance & development through excellence service execution.- Be accountable for the customer satisfaction.- Keep regular contact with customer during the year.- Work actively and in coordination with regional sales managers.- Ensure technical knowledge and competency development of FSE in alignment with Service Manager.**What we expect of you?**- Academical background related to bachelor degree in electronics, automatization and similar.- 5 to 7 years of experience in after sales market and B2B business.- Advanced english level.- Analytical skills to bring operational efficiency.- Capability to read & follow up on divisional dashboards.**Passionate people create exceptional things.**We´re everywhere!
