Regional Operations Manager - Hotel Portfolio

Supervising a group of hotel assets and providing leadership in the oversight of a group of hotels in an overall effort to help the owner achieve theirfinancial goals.- Working with property-level and corporate support teams to ensure proper controls are in place to achieve budgeted forecast GOP and NOI to meet or exceed flow-thru targets when revenue is either above or below budget and/or forecast.- Work with GMs to help identify and execute strategies,and sales growth potential, and help lower operating costs for the hotels we manage to increase profit margins.- Ensuring the GM and property-based leaders properly preserve the assets ensuring cleanliness and condition are high as well as proper preventative maintenance programs are in place.- Working with GM and property leaders to ensureall staff is properly trained and able to provide the best guest experience and achieve the highest brand standard scores.- Assisting in preparing and overseeing the annual operating plan process, reviewing, and approving all components of the plan before presentation to the owner.- Working with the respective Brand Managers to ensure that all hotels are brand compliant.- Developing solutions that will positively affect our overall performance and/ or efficiency of hotel operations to improve performance.**Compensation is based on experience.****Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: From $20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
