**CONFIDENCIAL****Solicita**:**REGIONAL OPEX****Descripción y Requisitos**- Experience Requirements:- Minimum of 5 years' experience on a production floor environment. -Working knowledge in Six Sigma and lean manufacturing tools. -Implementation and support of the quality and environmental management system.Fulfill the roles of the system ISO 9001/ IATF 16949/ISO 14001. -Leading Operational Excellence Development continuous improvement culture.- Provide technical support and coaching in multiple plants in Mexico, Texas, and New Mexico.- Participating in strategic planning activities with other managers to help the company achieve its long-term goals.- KPI and CIP monitoring financial performance against targets to ensure that the company is meeting its goals.- Leadership skills, including experience of leading/influencing teams and the confidence to communicate.- Bilingual English and Spanish, excellent and effective communication (and listening) skills, both verbal and written (including excellent presentation skills).- Drive for continued learning through training opportunities and knowledge sharing to develop innovative solutions.- SAFETY - Basic knowledge.- Comply with the company's code of ethics and conduct.Key Competencies:Proficient/Advanced user of excel and PowerPoint/Power BI. -Experience with Minitab advanced/Jump statistical software preferred.Puesto: Gerente**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: $100,000.00 Pesos- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
