**Regional Ordering SME Supervisor**
In our EDS, Electrical Distribution System Business Unit, we engineer and manufacture a full range of power and signal distribution systems, including the high-speed data and high-power electrical systems needed to build feature-rich, highly automated, electric vehicles.
**Your Role**
- Ensure Ordering OS implementation
- Ensure implementation of work instruction and EOS procedures within the Ordering Area
- Monitor SQDIP results and ensure that root cause analysis is performed and gaps are closed
- Support to execute Ordering OSAs and work with PCL Team to define action plan and help PCL Team to close the gaps
- Organize and provide training for Ordering as needed
- Follow up on the certification process, ensure the gaps in the trainings are closed, and ensure the training is refreshed
- Ensure all monitoring tools/reports are executed, and followed and an action plan to close the gaps is prepared.
- Collect and filter critical reports as needed with supplier chronic suppliers
- Review Daily Risk reports for critical parts by Region
- Participate in Plants meetings/reviews for critical parts escalation.
- Support in plants in Crisis and Task Force Assessment

**Your Background**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or similar qualification
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Fluent in the English language
- Encouraging teamwork - Leadership
- Able to plan priorities in critical situations and complete the process on time.
- Experience in SAP and MS Office programs
- Experience in global supply chain management (3 years+)
- Stress Management: To overcome problems, be solution-oriented, focus on crisis management results, and take the necessary actions.
