With a comprehensive global footprint, we design, develop, manufacture and integrate an extensive range of driveline technologies for over 90% of the world's car manufacturers.Key Responsibilities:Bank file approvalsManagement of the day to day processing of payrollsManagement of Third Party and employee enquiriesEnsuring that country legislation is followed and updated accordinglyRelationship Management with local third party support teamsPerformance monitoring of third party servicesStatutory payments and reporting including all taxation and Social SecuritiesYear End reportingTo meet all statutory and business complianceMonitoring and training of all team membersInvestigate and correct any errors due to system or process issuesWork with internal and external audit teams to ensure system and processes meet best practiceSupporting the consolidation of local payrolls to one location and platformEx-Pat Payroll managementSkills:BS Degree in Administration, Accounting or similarExperience in international Payroll teams and processes in a global companyMinimum 5 years of experience as Manager: Payroll process and methodology, system implementation, team management (remote co-workers), client serviceFluent in English, with an international mindset#J-18808-Ljbffr
