We are 160+ strong around the world, with 9 global offices in 6 countries.**Job Summary**The Regional Product Manager is responsible for executing and updating the sales strategy for the territory and portfolio of chemical products for the Food/Personal Care and Household/Institutional such as Thickeners (Xanthan and Guar Gum), phosphates, fatty acids, biocides, chelating agents, and other selected ingredients & components. This individual directs, manages, and handles the relationship with Global Product Managers to engage their involvement and obtain the required support in terms of timely product availability and competitive cost.**Responsibilities**- To grow sustainable sales at attractive margins with proper inventory control & planning,- Direct handle the sustainable & profitable growth of commercial sales of the selected portfolio of products from GPM's synergetic product lines (related Markets & clients) within the territory conformed by Mexico as the core focus, complemented by Central America and the Caribbean.- Directly manage and control the inventory levels and required sales channels related to the assigned portfolio of products and territory.- Periodically perform and communicate updated market intelligence toward products, clients/ prospects & competitors.**Key Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in chemical Eng. or related fields. MBA a plus.- Effective bilingual communicator - English, Spanish; and Portuguese a BIG +Plus.- Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated approach; well organized.- Demonstrated ability / experience in working remotely.- Excellent communication skills and well organized- Team player with proven capacity to productively interact with peers & clients.- Capable, ambitious, and well-prepared professional, with solid managerial skills and problem solver attitude.- 5+ Years of experience in selling Food and Animal Feed chemical products, Personal Care/HH&I market sectors. International exposure a BIG + Plus.- Proficient user of Microsoft Window Office package (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).- Oracle Cloud ERP and Salesforce experience are a BIG + plus.- Practical knowledge of the chemical industry's procurement processes and practices.- Demonstrated ethical behavior, experience, personal skills & talent toward searching, prospecting, establishing, developing, nurturing, growing and consolidating long term valuable, sustainable & profitable technical sales supply relations and partnerships with key clients & strategic accounts
