.**Description**:Xylem seeks to hire a Regional Program Manager who will be responsible for the Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order (PR2PO) process as part of the overall P2P process, which is live in North America. This position requires a good understanding of outsourced procurement services related to Indirect Spend. Experience in working with global business partners and stakeholders in different regions (EMEIA, Americas, APAC) is essential. Initially this position will focus on driving efficiency and compliance with the current P2P process, but at later stage expand the scope to Source2Pay, offering opportunity to grow within the role.**Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities**:- Implementation and execution of P2P processes across all Indirect spend categories- Regular stakeholder engagement to drive adoption, chairing regular business reviews with all key sites.- Evaluate and identify process optimization through continuous improvement tools and techniques, with a primary focus on digitization & automation of PR2PO processes.- Monitoring and taking action of SLA's and deliverables from outsourcing partner.- Responsible for execution of SOX compliance requirements.- Coordination of Vendor/User Master Data requests and changes.- Support technological development to enable Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order process efficiency.- Conduct trainings and drive P2P knowhow within the business as well as driving users to the correct buying channel.- Support coordinating & administering year on year productivity and Procurement KPIs, including but not limited to:- Cost Savings- Working capital optimizations (payment term optimization)- Supplier Reduction- Sustainability- Preferred supplier spend concentration- Risk Mitigation actions**Personality Attributes / Key Skills**- Entrepreneurial Continuous Improvement Mindset.- Working cross-functionally across a complex organizational structure- Strong customer service focus when dealing with internal and external stakeholders- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Excellent time management skills and the ability and willingness to multi task- Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities- Ability to work independently and with a team- Project Management skills- Experience in creating and managing supplier contracts- Attention to detail, accuracy, work under pressure to deadlines, sense of urgency.**Minimum Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree in business, Supply Chain, or related discipline (Masters Preferred)- Multiyear experience in P2P and Project Management, Strategic Procurement experience of advantage- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills to collaborate with a global team- Multiyear experience in supporting and coordinating cross-functional teams (e.G.
