Regional Project Administrator

**Your Mission**:- The Regional Project Administrator will coordinate between Group Project Controlling, Group Sales- Administration and other Regional functions, securing the systematic update of each deal structure,- Projects milestones and financials elements for all Region New Equipment Projects. Actively monitor projects deliverables, performance and related reporting.**Your Profile**:- Manage and compile the Project Folder in full at the Order Intake (per project, QTC compliant); - Perform Project foldercompletion check (information consistency between approved conditions(payment structure, project margin, etc.) and Contract / final commercial offer); - Manage and compile in full Project Documentation Management System (DMS) per project, QTCcompliant; - Responsible to check and give an update to the Project Managers Execution on the consistencyof milestones in the ERP (SAP); - Make weekly updates tothe overall zone Project Dashboard; And others on demand);- Perform systematic project cost review and budget alignment with the Regional Group Controller; - Act as regional referent for internal database - Global Installed base - (per each project, from OIto CAV); - Act as SAP Regional Key User, performing the relevant trainings with the Team; **Contract Type**:**Permanent**:**Country**:**MEXICO**:**Location**:**Guadalajara**:
