Working collaboratively with the in-country teams, this position will plan and manage a change programme that will:Ensure Latin America and the Caribbean is a visible and valued contributor to the global PDI communityCreate a collaborative community of PD professionals from each of the country operations and lead them to success via a shared change programmeDevelop and manage the adoption of a suite of integrated tools and processes that are aligned with WSP's current best practicesEngage regularly with each of the internal clients (the Country Managers and Regional Sector Leads) to ensure that they understand the plan, status, next steps and expected benefits to ensure they act as champions of the programme and are enabled to facilitate the change in their operationPosition WSP as the employer of choice for the best PD professionals in the professional services spaceOnboard, assess, coach, train and mentor our professionals to ensure we leverage the talent in the organizationReduce margin erosion and manage operational risks to deliver enhanced financial performanceOrganise and participate in project reviews, with a key focus on our Major Projects, to ensure projects follow the Project Delivery Framework. Monitor and analyze project performance and support teams throughout the project lifecycle
