**EMPRESA CONFIDENCIAL****Solicita**:**Regional Purchasing Supervisor****Descripción y Requisitos****General DeEscrituraion of position**:The Regional Purchasing Supervisor reports to the Regional Purchasing Manager. The Regional Purchasing Supervisor arranges, directs and coordinates the activities of the Purchasing personnel in their assigned region. They will also perform a variety of duties related to the replenishment process. The Regional Purchasing Supervisor will support the team with the execution of purchases and also work with Suppliers and Victory branches to ensure that orders are placed and received in a timely manner as well as handling escalations as needed to ensure we prevent stock out situations.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree- Minimum of three years purchasing experience- Minimum of one year Supervisory experience- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Strong analytical ability and detailed oriented- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint- Ability to work in a team environment and be self-motivated- Excellent organizational skills**Essentials **function**/Job **duties**:- Leads a team of 7-13 local buyers to ensure compliance of policies and procedures with meeting their daily job requirements- This role will motivate, coach and reward members through a leadership style that empowers their growth and development.- Monitor the execution of daily POs by the Purchasing team based on recommendations from Analytics- Work with local Customer Service/Operations and General Managers to meet and exceed customer expectations- Collaborate with other Regional Purchasing Supervisors to ensure consistency across all branches and team alignment is maintained.- Dedicated to regional groups of branches and corresponding suppliers to develop relationships- Establish and build relationships with suppliers as needed to support ongoing inventory management.- Support Accounts Payable personnel with price and quantity variance issues- Handle non-conforming and RTPO issues- Review new items for set and process accordingly- Provide reporting based on the inventory metrics of assigned regional branches and team performance, including turns, aged inventory, and fill-rates.- Handle escalated issues from the team ensuring appropriate actions are taken to support customer requirements.- Work collaboratively with other functional teams to improve process flow and efficiencies, for example Sales, Sourcing, Operations, Accounts Payable, Customer Service and All Parts Governance teams.- Regularly communicate with our commercial team members to be sure we have insights into the forecasted demands of our customers.Puesto: Supervisor**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
