Who are we looking for?We now have an opportunity for a Regional Reclaim Manager to join our team in Mexico. The general purpose of this position is to grow the volume and margin contribution associated with purchasing solder reclaim material from assembly accounts and metal brokers within the Territory. What will you be doing?Develop yearly Business Plan by volume and margin contribution from Key and Target Accounts.Assist customers with Logistic and Manifest requirements.Communicate & Implement Corporate Pricing Guidelines to Generators and Channel Partners.Assess and measure progress and performance of Territory Business Plan in cooperation with Supervisor and make necessary adjustments accordingly.Update and maintain accurate information in Atlas CRM system.Maintain Market Share information for territory.Submit Reports needed on a timely basis.Responsible for developing and adjusting as needed the Annual Territory Forecast.Expense reporting monthly.Ensure corporate credit policies are adhered to
