We are always seeking TOP TALENT - experienced individuals who embrace our core values of respect, innovation, integrity and impact.The Regional Revenue Manager position will support Viamericas in the US and Canada, growing the national business volume of non-LAC corridors, Latin America in the Northeast region, and all the business in Canada, in accordance with company goals.The regional revenue manager position will work closely with the company business leaders and sales representatives to ensure revenue and volume established guidelines are executed. The incumbent will need to thoroughly understand our products, services, and pricing to train sales team members on revenue processes.A successful revenue manager will evaluate and communicate market conditions to management, recommend pricing and revenue initiatives, collaborate with the companies' marketing and product development initiatives related to pricing. Execute marketing and promotional activities when needed.**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Engage with existing and prospective agencies, consumers, and company employees in a professional and friendly manner.- Collaborate with the marketing department in the development and implementation of pricing initiatives, pricing promotions, marketing promotion, and other marketing initiatives.- Work on several marketing initiatives related to market research, price analysis, competition analysis, rewards program, present results, and recommendations.- Analyze, recommend, and implement pricing initiatives for the development of new corridors, new pay-partners, and new products and services.- Participate in the development of and coordinate the implementation of Go To Market projects with internal and external departments.- Monitor competitive pricing and exchange rates as needed.- Collaborate in growing the volume of transactions and increase profitability.- Participate in the development of promotional pricing programs.- Collaborate with any marketing projects.- Visit a selection of agencies in different territories across the US and Canada.- Communicate market conditions to the marketing department.- Review the production numbers daily (remote access to the system will be made available) and watch for red flags. Any agent whose volume has decreased for one month to the next or whose growth is inconsistent with the regional trend or company goals for the area must be immediately contacted, visited and put back on track
