XCCELERA is looking for an experienced and proactive **Sales Engineer in the Guadalajara region** for its client, a **globally recognized provider of electrical and electronic**
**measuring instruments from Japan**.
This position focuses on growing the brand across
Mexico through effective customer engagement and solution-driven sales, specifically
**targeting OEMs and distribution channels within industries such as consumer electronics,**
electronic components, automation and transportation.
**B2B sales**within the electronics or automation sectors.
Besides, they possess a deep understanding of customer needs to **drive retention and new account growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Achieve assigned sales targets** through consultative sales efforts, understanding
customer challenges, and delivering impactful solutions.
- **Build and manage distribution channels** in the assigned territory, collaborating
with partners to enhance market presence.
- **Drive sales growth**by identifying and converting new opportunities, managing
existing relationships, and establishing a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct product presentations and hands-on demonstrations to effectively
showcase the value of the company's products and solutions.
- Represent the company at trade shows, actively networking to prospect, capture
leads, and gather market insights.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and manage all activity in CRM to maintain an
organized and strategic approach.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager (Mexico) and international teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and customer expectations.
- Regular travel within Guadalajara and occasional international trips are
required (40-60%).
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in **Electrical or Electronics Engineering**or related field.
- **5+ years of successful sales experience in industries related** to electrical testing,
automation, or electronics.
- Proven experience managing distribution channels and direct sales to end-users.
- Proficient in both **Spanish and English,** with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and other sales enablement tools.
- Must hold a valid U.S. visa for occasional travel.
- Self-motivated, analytical, and results-driven personality, with a demonstrated
ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
**Compensation**:
The position offers a competitive salary package, inclusive of a base salary, commission,
travel allowance, and more.
