Leading company in the distribution of packaging supplies and equipment for the industrial and agricultural market seeks to fill the position of **Regional Sales Manager** to work in **Bajío**.Do you have 10 + years of proven work experience in a senior sales role?Do you have experience in senior sales roles in produce packaging?Do you have Advanced English, passport, and USA VISA already in possession, or able to get in the short term?**Then this vacancy is for you!**The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the execution and strategic business development to increase market share while driving profitable growth.**Area of residence**:Querétaro, Querétaro**Work area**:Bajío Region**Experience / Requirements**:- 10 + years of proven work experience in a senior sales role; - Experience senior sales role in produce packaging; - Advanced English, passport and USA VISA already in possession or able to get in the short term; - Experience measuring and analyzing key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs); - Must have strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude; - Experience in Forecasting Annual Sales & Profit Goals; - Must have experience able to analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth; - Sales territory activity and pipeline management and coaching; - Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team; - Excellent communication skills; - Focus on growth and employee/personal development; - Maintains and expands customer base by counseling sales staff; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.*****We offer**:- Salary according to experience; - Benefits by Mexican law and life insurance; - Work tools: cell phone, computer and company vehicle.
