**The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the execution and strategic business development to increase market share while driving profitable growth.
**Area of residence**:Querétaro, Querétaro**Work area**:Bajío Region**Experience / Requirements**:- 10 + years of proven work experience in a senior sales role; - Experience senior sales role in produce packaging; - Advanced English, passport and USA VISA already in possession or able to get in the short term; - Experience measuring and analyzing key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs); - Must have strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude; - Experience in Forecasting Annual Sales & Profit Goals; - Must have experience able to analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth; - Sales territory activity and pipeline management and coaching; - Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team; - Excellent communication skills; - Focus on growth and employee/personal development; - Maintains and expands customer base by counseling sales staff; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
