Tasks & Responsibilities
Functional- Managing, coordinating and controlling of the respective team (team meetings, annual appraisals, being the person of trust, giving feedback, etc.)- Providing support to their team in customer support and customer acquisition activities (e.g. presentations for key accounts, etc)- Ensuring that the Fronius values, strategy and company vision are understood and applied in the daily business of the VSP team- Sustainable implementation of the divisional strategy and sales and service processes- Planning and controlling processes as well as operational activities in their team and ensuring knowledge transfer to the other Business Units that processes can be further developed and optimized- Participating in audits (internal & external) and using the output of those for improvements- Due to cost center responsibility budget needs to be planned, prepared and fulfilled- Participating, collaborating and, if necessary, taking over project management

Professional
- Educational and specialist training, relevant professional experience
- Commercial or technical training.
- Experience in sales of investment goods.
- Management experience.
- Management training - business degree (knowledge of commercial management).
- Executive training with focus on team leadership.
