As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with various industry stakeholders, including contractors, concrete producers, designers, societies, and universities. Your sales efforts will focus on Infrastructure, and Mining tunnel projects, providing right concrete solution per application. You will provide technical support and design solutions to drive sales in these areas.Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Drive business growth by effectively managing prospects and leads.Stay updated on underground projects, including their size, process, timing, and sales potential.Manage the entire sales process, from needs analysis to proposal development, price setting, negotiation, deal closure, and credit control facilitation.Develop deep insights into the market, customers, products, applications, and competitors.Provide monthly forecasting, reporting, and budget management.Collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Internal Sales, and Sales Management to effectively manage leads and customer relationships.Support the industry with innovative designs and solutions that improve cost efficiency and environmental impact.Work with the commercial team to identify changes in customer and market needs and collaborate with Market Segment Leads and the technical team to develop new products that align with these needs.Prepare and deliver presentations to customers and internal stakeholders as required.Submit monthly summary reports within agreed deadlines
