**Required Skills**:
- Proven experience in a regional sales management role and 1-2 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a product/fintech/startup company
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets;
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives;
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement;
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the sales team;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and promotions to attract and retain customers;
