Regional Sales Manager: Mexico Northeast

XCCELERA is looking for a Regional Sales Manager in the northeastern region (Monterrey / Saltillo) of Mexico for its client, a leading European manufacturer and distributor of automation components and system solutions for Handling technology, Damping technology, Linear technology, Process technology, Machine Tooling technology and System technology. This role involves developing the business in the automation industry, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and establishing new ones, particularly with OEMs and key-customers in the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:Developing relationships and making Sales calls/contacts on both new and established customers and prospects from the automation industry, especially with end-of-arm equipment and linear rail applications.Develop the specific territory and markets by creating, establishing and executing a local sales strategy to reach the strategic goals.Aggressively grow Sales across the assigned region.Coordinating order progress between customers and technical sales engineers/distributors and assisting with closing the sale.Provide market intelligence guidance and feedback.Generate cost-saving ideas / customer success stories and document their impact on the customer's objectives.Work closely with the National Managing Director and sales team to achieve set forecast and sales objectives.Requirements:Minimum of 5+ years' experience as a Sales Manager in industrial products, focusing on assembly, automation and robotics.Proven track record of achieving sales objectives.Ability to prepare account development plans and meeting reports.Self-motivated and highly organized.Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software.Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time.University degree in Engineering or a comparable field.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Compensation:The company offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, commission program, car allowance, and exceptional benefits.Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite durationSalary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per monthBenefits:Saving fundMajor medical expenses insuranceFood vouchersAdditional Compensation:Productivity bonusWorking Hours:Monday to Friday8-hour shiftEducation:Completed Bachelor's degree (Mandatory)Experience:Sales management: 5 years (Mandatory)Language:English (Mandatory)Work Location: On the road#J-18808-Ljbffr
