You will have a strong impact in our customer satisfaction through delivering samples of our world-class products.**Your key responsibilities will be**:Strategy design and executionProvide key supply and production capacity inputs to the Regional Operations business plans and participate in the design of the regional sampling strategy as well as in the definition of related objectives based on input provided by other functions, e.G. Commercial or FC&A.Oversee the design and execution of tactical and operational plans to meet regional Operations objectives.Function managementReview and approve production plans based on business objectives, available budgets and production capacity.Oversee the organization of logistics, supply, and stock of (raw) materials for production of sample products as well as in- and out-bound shipping requirements.Conduct regular audits to identify productivity improvement areas whether in terms of e.G. processes, production equipment, systems, machinery maintenance or safety.Provide guidance in regards to manufacturing processes, operations costs, production feasibility to design and development teams, overseeing calendar and removing bottlenecks during sample production process.Review, maintain and optimize vendor partnerships to secure flawless production and on-time product delivery while containing costs.Monitor compliance with work safety regulations and deploy communication and training initiatives on a regular basis to address shortcomings.Adapt production processes and procedures to ensure that samples are complying with consumer health and safety regulations.Execute the annual operating plan within ap-proved budget. People managementOversee the execution of annual human resources processes within the assigned Sampling organization and validate related results.Work with the regional Operations management and HR Business Partner(s) in developing a regional talent pipeline.Drive the development and promotion of talents within Operations at regional level
