Visit our website to discover more about us www.Michelin.ComThis is an exciting opportunity to implement and adapt our Group's security policy to the region's specific characteristics and build a security strategy for the Central America region that will align with our Group's policies.Which are the main aspects of the role?Serve as the single point of contact for the Region Management Team for other Anticipation, Prevention & Protection global teams.Act as a permanent member of the Ethics Committee Region and the Ethic Point Region, ensuring the quality and diligence of ethical investigations.Participate in Region crisis cells for crises falling within your areas of responsibility.In the context of Cyber Security, identify and monitor the completion of training/awareness-raising on cyber risks and threats. Identify physical threats to IS/IT infrastructures, conduct a physical risk analysis, and ensure the operational and monitored physical protection of IS/IT infrastructures.How will a daily routine look like?Risk Management: Identify, anticipate, and mitigate threats specific to the region, ensuring the protection of assets, information, and know-how. Conduct comprehensive risk analyses and share findings with the Region Management and Global teams.Compliance: Stay abreast of applicable regulations and implement necessary compliance measures.Incident Response: Deploy preventive and protective measures in the event of a security incident and analyze incidents for continuous improvement.Training & Development: Identify and launch necessary training and awareness initiatives with the support of local Competency Managers and the Learning & Development network in the region.What do you need to successfully contribute to our purpose?University degree in a relevant specialization for the role; certifications in Physical security and protection are considered an advantage.At least 12 years of experience in the Security domain (protecting people and assets) in a corporate global security department and in multinational environments
