)Job changesAbsence Management follow-upSupport tasks for employee lifecycle managementRequest compensation changesRequest one-time paymentsOversee employee benefitsCompensation support tasksSupervise voluntary and involuntary terminations (Manager-Initiated Termination)Global, regional, and local supportRequirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Master's degree in Human Resources or MBA (preferred).Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.Management of payroll service providersIn-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Experience in implementing and managing HR systems, mandatory Workday.Proficiency in understanding financial management and budgeting principles.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong oral and written communication skills.Fluent English.Fluent Portuguese.#J-18808-Ljbffr
