Mexico (office based)--Regional Responsibilities-- Responsibr working with Globcilities and Property Services team to create and implement real estate strategies that align with the YouGov-s overall strategy Responsibr working with regional and local office stakeholders to define business necilities and property services management planning Responsibr the creation and management of tcilities budget in the assigned regir both capital and expense activity. Work with local teams and third parties on environmental and sustainability initiatives. Manage acilities contracts and contractors and maintain review procer contracts such as site security, waste management, janitorial cleanincilities alarm systems, CCTV, pest control, air conditioninre safety, catering, electricity, and gas, and drive cost reduction. Ensure that all necessary regulatory services, permits, and permissions are in place. Support the coordination of office moves/desk allocations/space management. Take on ad-hoc short and long-term projecom time to time as deemed necessary by the company. Under the instruction of the Globcilities Manager support implementation of pandemic health and safety measurr assigned locations. Assisting GFM with office and home-based workstation assessmenr assigned offices in line with the Working Arrangements policy. Keeping current with Health and safety legislatir assigned countries, related to risk managemenexible/hybrid working arrangements, ergonomics, etc. Work closely with Hnance, and IT team in locations where support is required. Support the creation of Business Continuity Plans and disaster recovery plar assigned offices.-Local office responsibilities-- Supporting local Mexico team with all office management requests related to but not limited to stationery and equipment requests, desk assignments, and vendor and supplier management.
