We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Regular Procurement Supervisor based in Torreon Plant, Torreon, Coahuila (E-Systems Division).
As Regular Procurement Supervisor you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Materials Coordinator.
Your Task will be: Monitoring shipments of raw materials from suppliers.Printing a list of critical and expediting with suppliers to ensure availability of material in the plant.Analysis of excess inventory to detect supplier over shipments and negotiate returns or stop future shipments.Monitoring inventory value and actions to adhere to forecast.Analyzes and follows up on the Excess and Obsolete report.Tracks the purchasing process for new part numbers.Participates in the coordination of Engineering changes through APQP meetings.Monitor premium freight and generate action plans to reduce it.Actively participates in semiannual physical inventories, achieving a variation of less than 2% in the reconciliation.To be Successful in this role you will need: Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field.3 Years in similar positions within the automotive industry.Knowledge of shipping, M5 reporting, APQP, MASSS, MS-OFFICE.Proficient with Microsoft Office.English Advanced Level.Lear Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse workplace.
