The Risk Policy Exec Group Manager manages multiple teams of senior professionals through other senior managers.

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide global focus for strategy/execution oversight relative to risk governance, credit administration, product approvals, development and issuance of Global Consumer Credit & Fraud Risk Policies (GCCFRP) and risk controls framework to ensure compliance with both Citi and Regulatory credit related requirements.
- Work closely with both 1st Line of Defense (In-Business) and 2nd Line of Defense (Independent Functions) to ensure progress towards risk management and deliver on key priorities to build and scale on digital, and transform processes across credit life cycle using analytics and smart automation.
- Develop and execute a Comprehensive Strategic Plan to implement world class risk governance and track front line and second line functions to manage consumer credit risk; plan should be consistent and aligned with Citigroup business goals and meet the laws, regulations and expectations of Citi's respective Boards and regulatory agencies globally.
- Drive automation in Global Risk Management and the identification and implementation of opportunities to enhance performance monitoring and risk identification through technology, innovation, machine learning, AI and robotics.
- Define and implement global policy which provides a consistent framework for full credit cycle quality control and ensures on-going policy compliance, and alignment with defined risk, and standardized metrics.
- Lead global controls re-engineering efforts related to consumer credit cycle ensuring that key risks and controls are properly identified and that control testing is appropriate
- Implement an agile but thorough CPAC assessment and approval process globally; drive end to end re-engineering and the definition and roll-out of standards to ensure consistently high quality review and oversight by committees.
- Manage the conduct of the Global Risk Committee and ensure on-going relevance and effectiveness of risk committee proceedings
**Qualifications**:
- Must have 15+ years of experience, preferably in designing and successfully leading large scale re-engineering and transformation of risk management and consumer banking
- Relevant experience in the following areas: consumer credit risk management, risk management re-engineering, analytics transformation, governance, technological innovation, project management, strategic management, and consumer operational risk and control.
- Highly energetic and effective leader with a proven track record and a true passion for risk management innovation, design, and technology with proven success delivering complex, large scale transformation

- Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred; managerial experience
