As a **REGULATORY PROCESS ASSOCIATE **you you will belong to the Product Stewardship Transactional Services, the GBS PS/EHS Associate will be responsible to carry out tasks and activities identified and agreed upon with the EHS/PS Business Partners, Communities of Experts (CoE), Product Stewardship Operations and EHS Operations to drive efficiencies in EHS/PS operation throughout the global function.
Follow defined work instructions to complete tasks and operational procedures for shared service team (Work intake, customer concern, KPI's).
Contribute and lead process improvement opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supports hazard communication and regulatory compliance as it relates to the development, manufacture, sale, and distribution of products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Supports Safety Data Sheet activity such as handling bulk-download requests and its distribution via electronic data holders and general support on how to obtain SDS's.
- Handling specific customer request by using standard template letters.
- Examples of such request might relate, but is not limited to; IMDS, EDS, Ingredient Disclosure and GADSL.
- Perform 100 % composition disclosures following standardized operating instructions for reporting purposes.
- Support in data management activities
- Uses procedures and systems consistent with corporate practices including Corporate Global Produc
- Stewardship (GPS) and central Raw Material Management programs.
- Support users to find appropriate documentation and processes
- Collect information on Raw materials from vendors and submit to Raw Material Management team
- Support Product Stewardship Operations activities for data management
- Data management (maintenance upon request / linkage sales codes from ERP to GPS)
- Support raw materials data compliance reviews
- EHS Leadership administration support:
- GS2 & Incident Reporting: creation and distribution of periodic reports
- Business Unit reporting: chart updates, collection of data and its presentation
- Maintenance of scorecards and EHS metrics in Cority
- EHS Training Management for EMEA
- Maintaining training catalogues and matrixes, track and follow up on deadlines and completion dates
- Coordinate ongoing training initiatives with site managers, including customer concerns.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum requirement is B.Sc.
in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biochemistry or related science.
- Ability to operate with multiple fields in a multicultural environment.
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Fluent in English is a must, additional language skills are a plus.
- **Good knowledge of Microsoft software**
- Knowledge in EHS topics is an asset.
