We handle all judicial orders/enquiries, mainly related to bank secrecy breach and asset unavailability/freezing.Typical responsibilities include:Support the team responsible for monitoring judicial requirements and illegal operations received through the Inter-Institutional Information Transfer System - Attention to Authorities, of the National Banking and Securities Commission (SITI AA portal of the CNBV).Control and timely download of digital requirements published for the financial institution, managing the end-to-end flow, including analysis of requirements and final responses to the Regulator.Be part of the dynamic Pack - Judicial Orders, focused on Mexico's enquiries, reporting directly to our Regulatory Solutions Squad in Mexico; Support the judicial orders operational workflow; Follow management queues and dashboards to ensure enquiries are promptly addressed and no regulatory gaps are found; Support projects to comply with key policies related to Judicial orders scope and operational routines (SITI AA).Comply with monitoring metrics and KPIs, facilitating communication within Nubank teams.Execute operational routines related to Blocked Person List (Lista de Personas Bloqueadas) in Mexico.Support operational routines on Know Your Employee (KYE) / Know Your Supplier (KYS) / Know Your Beneficiary (KYB).Qualifications:You will succeed if…You have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Law or a related field.You are detail-oriented, diligent, organized, and enjoy operational activities
