Regulatory Specialist

**Role and Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**
- Assists and supports the organization in complying with the requirements of government regulations and/or regulatory agencies.
- Participates in the ongoing preparation, testing and monitoring of conformance.
- Performs evaluation of internal operations, controls, communications, risk assessments and maintenance of documentation as related to regulatory compliance and recommends appropriate changes.
- Conducts and facilitates internal and external audits to identify, evaluate, disclose and appropriately remedy risks and deficiencies.

**Qualifications**
- +3 years of experience in this role is developing professional expertise and demonstrates conceptual knowledge and principles of own professional discipline.
- Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.
- Position requires professional degree in a single discipline.
