Regulatory Technologist

The primary role of Regulatory Technologist is to work in partnership with the Kerry Regulatory team to support regulatory queries from internal and external stakeholders.Key responsibilities Responsible for supporting the execution and operation of various Regulatory processes and procedures in an efficient and timely manner.
• Conducts administrative duties within defined guidelines.
• Manage technical and customers document and data accurately and to tight time scales.
Executes using conventional/ established processes and structures.
• Create and maintain Technical documentation.
Coordinate response to internal & external stakeholders by providing technical documentation.
• Liaise with RD&A, QA & Operations for technical documentation review.
Document control.
• Develop effective working relationships with internal and external customers Contributing to overall department Key Performance Indicators.
• Remain fully flexible to meet business requirement.
Functional Competencies • Food regulatory & legislative knowledge • Repeat processes consistently • Conduct administrative tasks Language Requirements • Fluent in any of the languages - English, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Polish Technical Competencies • Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Experience in SAP and Optiva systems an advantage • Fluency in English.
Fluency in another language an added advantageQualifications and skills Degree or local equivalence of same in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Food Science or related discipline • 0-3 years experience of related experience in food industry in Regulatory, Quality Assurance or R&D • Food industry knowledge • Executes using established processes and structures.
