.Join our team SIG as a …RELIABILITY COORDINATOR The Reliability Coordinator is responsible for the Reliability Center, connectivity, all digital solutions and improving the management process of SIG assets (Filling line machine). Provides technical support to the service operation in the AM_N region, processing data to maintain and improve the performance of SIG assets, maintaining equipment connectivity and providing solutions in all aspects. Being the technical link to global technology solutions (Germany) and new strategic solutions for the region. Key job functionsManaging digital technical indicators and generating proactive and corrective actions to guarantee maximum connectivity for the lines in the AM_N cluster.Planning and coordinating projects to install new connectivity-related equipment in the field.Monitoring the reliability of machines connected to the Predix Cloud (Health Indicator), evaluating data and indicating possible faults. Analyze abnormal behavior through the data collected and, if necessary, send recommendations to the FSE.Carry out root cause analysis of faults indicated by Predix. Inserting Masp and A3 analyses into the APM and FSM system when applicable, benchmarking filling lines to ensure the best maintenance and conservation practices.Organize information and generate reports on the activities and problems of cluster for discussion with the global team. Being the link with the FSE in dealing with problems, clarifying doubts and developing maintenance strategies.Improving and optimizing maintenance strategies for the cluster's machines using tools such as FMECA (Failure Mode And Critical Analysis) and RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance).Ensuring that maintenance strategies are in line with each piece of equipment.Answering breakdown calls from customers with a Remote Service contract, supporting FSE in the event of troubleshooting, creating and managing a database of technical breakdowns / attendance.Monitoring line performance KPIs management. Indicating deviations in efficiency and packaging losses to those responsible in each region, including a brief report on recent history and the current situation. Monitoring and analyzing line performance data before and after PM.
