The Reliability Engineer is a key member involved in the evaluation and verification of product quality and reliability, as well as addressing unforeseen component issues/failures and directing work to the right areas in order to drive improvement.
In this role, the Reliability Engineer will:The essential responsibilities of a Reliability Engineer are to perform life tests on the product, to discover systemic problems and drive failure analysis to the root cause quickly and accuratelyDevelop customized environmental stress application profiles (ESS, HALT, HASS & ALT) to ensure the product meets product requirementsPrepare detailed and concise technical reports for test resultsApplication of general engineering knowledge to solve problemsIdentify potential problems and notify the relevant stakeholders in a timely mannerLiaison with engineering and quality team on test / analysis resultsDevelop, update, and maintain documents to comply with IMS standardsSupports and adheres to Company's core valuesPerforms other duties or responsibilities assigned or requiredSupports and adheres to Company's Code of Conduct and Ethics PolicyRepresents Company in a positive, professional manner when working with both internal and external customersRequired Skills:Bilingual English (90%) Effective oral/written communication skillsKnowledge on how to prepare and present technical information to peers, to all levels of internal management, and externalSense of urgencyPeople management (Engineers and technicians) and a team playerSelf-motivated and work focusPlanning and organizationProblem-solvingRequired Experience:Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics experience is desirableAbility to communicate in both English and SpanishMinimum of 3 years of related work experienceA combination of education and experience may be considered #LI-LL1 If you have the drive and enthusiasm to accept this challenge and to work in a very dynamic, cross functional and international environment, we are looking forward to meeting you.
