The Reliability Engineer is a key member involved in the evaluation and verification of product quality and reliability, as well as addressing unforeseen component issues/failures and directing work to the right areas in order to drive improvement.Responsibilities of a Reliability Engineer:Perform life tests on the product, to discover systemic problems and drive failure analysis to the root cause quickly and accurately.Develop customized environmental stress application profiles (ESS, HALT, HASS & ALT) to ensure the product meets product requirements.Prepare detailed and concise technical reports for test results.Application of general engineering knowledge to solve problems.Identify potential problems and notify the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.Liaison with engineering and quality team on test/analysis results.Develop, update, and maintain documents to comply with IMS standards.Supports and adheres to Company's core values.Performs other duties or responsibilities assigned or required.Supports and adheres to Company's Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy.Represents Company in a positive, professional manner when working with both internal and external customers.Required Skills:Bilingual English (90%) Effective oral/written communication skills.Knowledge on how to prepare and present technical information to peers, to all levels of internal management, and external.Sense of urgency.People management (Engineers and technicians) and a team player.Self-motivated and work focused.Planning and organization.Problem-solving.Required Experience:Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics experience is desirable.Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish.Minimum of 3 years of related work experience.A combination of education and experience may be considered.
