Descripción y detalle de las actividadesAlliance Air Products is currently seeking a Reliability Engineer for the design, sustainability, documentation, and implementation of reliability programs supporting air handling units.
- Design and implement reliability programs.
- Evaluate existing product components for continuous improvement opportunities.
- Provide component technical support for internal teams.
- Provide in-depth technical reviews of critical AHU components.
- Calculate the Annual Failure Rate of critical components - Conduct Failure Mode Effects and Critically Analysis (FMECA) to identify and mitigate single-point failures.
- Perform Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis (DFMEA) - Perform Product Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA) - Develop Pareto Charts.
- Collect B10 / MTBF data from critical component suppliers.
- Calculate the Projected Component Lifetime.
- Analyze component field service data from commissioned air handling units.
- Collaborate with Field Service and Quality departments.
- Develop reliability analyses and reports for critical components.
As a member of our team, you will play an important role in defining how we do reliability engineering.
It will require you to learn, refine, and document systems and processes.
