**What you're going to do in your role**
- Ensure the maintenance activities that are under their responsibility are always carried out under the focus of the safety vision, complying with each and every one of the guidelines established by the company.
- Develop a strategy to connect to the team with a business vision that is transformative, seeking its progress under the generation and development of capacities that help the organization to be successful.
- Work with people to develop a set of responsibilities that are aligned with the vision of the business based on the talents and virtues that each team member has, seeking through their comparative advantages to potentiate the results of the employee and the organization.
- Provide coaching and feedback continuously in order to help the employees to be motivated by contribution, creating value to succeed in the organization.
- Generate an appropriate environment where the people is challenged to acquire and learn new knowledge that will help them in their transformation process by searching for the best knowledge that will help to potentiate their comparative advantages.
- Manage the equipment database based on their hierarchy and criticality, ensuring that all plant assets have the corresponding maintenance plans for the expected failure modes.
- Develop and manage the predictive maintenance program based on techniques that help us to monitor the performance of the equipment in order to anticipate failures based on trends, for example, thermography, vibration analysis, oil analysis, tribology, etc...
- Carry out the statistical analysis and modeling of the failures in the productive equipment to determine the necessary changes and updates within the preventive maintenance master plan.
- Monitor the performance of the equipment based on clear and precise objectives that help us to establish new strategies focused on reducing the impact of maintenance on production, quality and safety aspects.
- Carry out data analysis from the predictive maintenance plan to optimize the time for the technical intervention based on failure trends, maintenance frequencies and forecast of replacement parts.
- Lead the root cause analysis in the productive teams, acting as the person in charge of carrying out the proposed solutions derived from the RCA as well as measuring their effectiveness.
- Ensure the implementation of programs that help to prevent damages of the equipment through the care and maintenance of the assets based on the joint participation of the operational areas of the plant (Total Productive Maintenance / TPM).
**The experience you will bring**
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years experience working for maintenance area developing a role of supervisor, cordinator or maintenance manager.
- Proficient knowledge of maintenance procedures (preventive, predictive and reliability concepts).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
- Ability to work with all levels of company staff.
- Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback to the direct reports.
**What's going to put you ahead**
- Bachelor Degree in Electronic, Mechanic, Mecatronic or equivalent.
- Managing of maintenance management software.
- Proeficient in MS Office.
- Advanced English.
