RequirementsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related engineering/science.Experience:1-2 years as an engineer in the electronics field.Skills and Qualifications:80% English (Able to understand and have a conversation).Broad knowledge of electric circuits and electronic components.Advanced statistics knowledge and data analysis.Software: Minitab, AutoCAD, and Visual Studio.Time management, adaptability, communication, and self-motivation.ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze military standards and customer specifications to create test plans.Implement and improve the setup and process of electrical, environmental, mechanical, and physical reliability tests. This includes identifying the required equipment, designing fixtures, electrical schematics, training, and the creation and/or modification of internal software.Assist and support test technicians for the correct performance of reliability tests and operation of test equipment such as temperature ovens, moisture chambers, cold chambers, electrical meters, vibration machines, reflow ovens, and power supplies.Verify test failures using different electrical measurement equipment.Design printed circuit boards (PCB) for different electronic components and applications.Perform statistical analysis and studies such as Gage R&R, measurement of uncertainty, ANOVA, outlier test, Cpk, etc.Create procedures to comply with test requirements and parameters of military standards and customer specifications.Work closely with test lab staff to achieve testing capacity, metrics, and key process indicator goals.Maintain constant contact with other departments via emails and calls to provide testing status and support.Assist and support with administrative activities to comply with ISO-17025 requirements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
