Latin American country operations include Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.About the roleThe Remarketing Analyst will be responsible for the management, follow-up, and review of customer's files and organization of auctions.The remarketing department is in charge of the logistics of repossessed units and the planning and execution of auctions in order to make liquid these assets so the company's recoveries can be increased.What you needBachelor degree in Business, Accounting or related field.Spanish and English proficiency is a must.Ability to meet deadlines and work well in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication skills (written, oral, presentations, etc.).Management of adverse situations.Organize work effectively so that priorities are met.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Visio.High analytical capacity.Ability to create strategic reports and dashboards.What you will be doingAdministrative support to complete vehicle & customer files so the units can be sold in secondary market: auctions (on-line, physical, direct sales). The administrative support considers:Document management and review.Customer support.Auction buyer screening.Invoice and payment process.Achieve daily/weekly vehicle file review quota to accomplish auction schedule.Follow-up on pending agreements.Vehicle logistics.Supplier management.Participation in projects of process development.Assure the correct application of policies and procedures.Support with adhoc activities.Availability to travel to auction sites (Mexico, Guadalajara, Toluca & other cities)What we offerAt GM Financial we want you to be the most authentic version of yourself.
