By uniting unique high-end technologies across the full digital continuum with 47,000 world-class talents, Eviden expands the possibilities of data and technology, now and for generations to come.Location: Portland-OR/RemoteSupport hours: Pacific timezoneFull time/PermanentDescription:12+ years experienceKey Responsibilities:Designing and developing custom applications, workflows, forms, and reports within BMC Remedy AR System.Integrating BMC Remedy with other systems using web services, APIs, and middleware.Configuring and maintaining BMC Remedy platform components such as BMC Atrium CMDB, BMC Service Desk, and BMC ITSM Suite.Performing BMC Remedy software upgrades, patches, and enhancements.Providing support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to BMC Remedy applications.Documenting technical designs, release notes, and procedures.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience as a BMC Remedy Developer or in a similar role.In-depth knowledge of BMC Remedy AR System, including configuration, customization, and administration.Strong proficiency in BMC Remedy workflow development, forms design, and report generation.Experience with BMC Atrium CMDB and BMC ITSM Suite.Familiarity with ITIL practices and principles is a plus.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels.#J-18808-Ljbffr
