Over 95% of our new business comes from referrals and word of mouth, and we have 60+ clients who have been with them for more than 15 years.The main activities for a** Staff Accountant **in this position are:- Process Accounts Payable (AP)- Maintaining Vendor Database- Review and code bills from Vendors- Prepare and send payments (online, mail, etc.) for approved payments- Process General Ledger and Prepare Monthly and Year-End Financials Reports- Prepare Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and financial reports- Reconcile Bank Accounts- Provide reporting to enable the creation of Annual Budgets- Administering Association banking- Creating Association accounting schedules- Setting up the software system for a new association**Schedule**Monday to Friday- Regular Schedule: 8:00 to 17:00 CST- Daylight saving: 7:00 to 16:00 CST**WE OFFER**:- Competitive Salary (According to experience).- Remote Work.- Work Stability.- Computer equipment (Laptop, Monitor, and Headset).- Christmas bonus of 30 days (Aguinaldo).- 12 vacation days after the first year.- IMSS.- Major medical insurance since day 1.After the 3-month contract, we add the following:- Minor medical insurance- Food vouchers (10% of the gross salary monthly).- Restaurant tickets ($2,015 MXN. monthly)- Saving fund (8% of the gross salary).**Requirements**:- **Excellent communication skills in speaking and writing**:- 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar position- Experience working in Property Management, with HOAs or similar.- Experience working in a shared service center, accounting firms, or handling multiple business units.- Strong understanding of accounting terminology in English.- Feel comfortable working with deadlines.- Strong Excel skills.
