If you love numbers and are passionate about quality, consistency, and accounting best practices, plus enjoy working with a smart/fun/dedicated team, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.**Job Activities**- Prepare and deliver Financial Statement packages for an assigned portfolio of business entities.- Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.- Analyze the Balance Sheet and Income Statement accounts for accuracy.- Prepare and post journal entries to the General Ledger.- Review periodic reports of general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and correct errors prior to close of accounting period.- Ownership of Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable processes to ensure they have been accurately coded and recorded.- Research, analyze, identify and explain any variances or unexplained items on the Income Statement and changes on the Balance Sheet.Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 3:30pm CST MEX**We offer**:- Competitive Salary (According to experience).- Remote Work.- Work Stability.- Computer equipment.- Christmas bonus of 30 days (Aguinaldo).- 12 vacation days after the first year.- IMSS.- Major medical insurance since day 1.**After the 3-month probation contract, we add the following**:- Minor medical insurance- Food vouchers- Restaurant tickets- Saving fund**Requirements**:- Advanced English (Oral and Written)- Bachelor in accounting or finance related.- Around 3 years of experience in a similar position.- Experience handling a portfolio of clients.- Experience working with AP for the USA is a plus.- Strong writing skills.- Experience producing and reviewing financial statements.
