We are looking for someone to support one of our customers in The USA.Our client offer customized, long-term solutions that help develop thriving and robust homeowner associations in Minnesota. Our client shares a commitment to financial stability, optimal property value, and happier, more satisfied homeowners.The administrative assistant will support different departments in the company with general administrative and finance activities for a specific portfolio of communities.- Set up community services (insurance, grounds care, trash cans, etc.)- Deliver homeowner communications/ticket management.- Track upcoming closings within the Excel database to monitor for missed closings/imported contact info.- Prepare resale disclosures, transition notices, and first Management Reports for transitioned communities.- AP process (reception, coding, posting, and approval of invoices).- Review financial statements.- Prepare the financial package for board meetings.- Budget preparation.Schedule:**Monday to Friday****8:00 to 17:00 CST**We offer:- Indefinite contract after 3 months probationary term contract- Competitive Salary- 6 vacation days after the first year- IMSS- Major medical insurance since day 1- 30 days of Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo)After the probationary contract, we add:- Minor medical insurance- Food vouchers- Saving fund- Restaurant tickets**Requirements**:- BA in administration or finance related.- 2 years of experience working in a similar position.- Strong writing and speaking communication skills.- Understanding of accounting terms in English.
