Managing thousands of HOA and Rental doors in Central and Southern California.The main activities for this position are:**Receptionist Tasks**- Will be on the phone, will be the first time of contact, and will direct calls to the correct department.- Will respond to basic answers like balances, basic homeowner ledger questions, and late fee waiver.- Will transfer calls to around 22 managers/sups.**AP Clerk Tasks**- Receive and post invoices in AppFolio.- Call vendors when reconciling if an invoice is missing or there is a discrepancy.- Account Reconciliations.- Vendor Set up and update Vendor's information in the system.**Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:15 - 19:15 CST**We offer:- Christmas bonus of 30 days (Aguinaldo)- Vacation according to law- IMSS- Major medical insurance since day 1After 3 month probationary contract, we add:- Minor medical insurance (Clinic may vary according to the city you are from)- Food vouchers- Saving fund- Restaurant tickets**Requirements**:- High School diploma- **2 years of experience in collections within an American call center.**:- Strong writing skills.- Goal-oriented.- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
