You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and deliver high-quality interior documentation solutions.
This role offers a dynamic and challenging opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to groundbreaking projects.ResponsibilitiesCreate detailed interior documentation using Archicad software: 3D Model, Constructive Drawings, Demolition Plans, etc.Create attractive photorealistic interior renderings.Collaborate with architects & designers to ensure accurate interpretation of project specificationsReview and revise interior documentation based on feedback and requirementsMaintain a thorough understanding of industry codes, regulations, and standardsContribute to the development and improvement of interior documentation processes and proceduresLiaise with internal and external stakeholders to address project-related queries and challengesStay updated with the latest advancements in Archicad software and recommend enhancements to optimize project efficiencyRequirementsBachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related fieldProven experience as an Archicad Expert, with a focus on interior documentation.Proficiency in Archicad software including creating 3D models, generating construction documentation, and managing project dataExcellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise interior documentation solutionsFluent in English.
