Remote Architect (Construction Administration Specialist)

Your expertise in construction administration and knowledge of building systems will be vital in ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.Daily tasks for this position are the following:Review RFI's & Submittals, pulling information from Revit models, and reviewing the construction documents (Plans and specs).Responsible for developing details, revising plans, updating the Revit model, preparing ASI's, and construction changes to the plans and specs, updating RFI, Submittal, and construction change logs.Communicate with our Project Manager and coordinate any action items with the project team when required.Requirements:8-10 years experience with construction administration and experience working with VA projects.Architect is preferred, but Engineers with the right experience will be considered.Previous experience in the United States Market is a considerable advantage.Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.Strong understanding of the construction process, building codes, and regulations.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and clients during the construction phase.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make timely and informed decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and remotely, while ensuring project deadlines and deliverables are met.Fluency in English, both written and verbal.Flexible to work across different time zones as required.Benefits:Work for the most exciting companies in the North American Market.Flexible schedules.Work from anywhere.Highly competitive compensation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
