This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and promoting our products/services to drive sales. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with experience supporting revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability, and has excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.Key Responsibilities:Respond timely and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English.Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.Identify customer needs and pursue new sales opportunities, recommending appropriate products/services to drive sales.Accurately process orders, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues related to orders.Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.Use Company systems to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions based on company protocols.Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other internal teams to help achieve business goals.Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.Help identify best practices, protocols, and processes.Make suggestions to improve the department.Assist in marketing programs.Assist in analyzing customers' future requirements for forecasting purposes and provide monthly sales reports of the sales pipeline.Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales, and deliver status reports.Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.Continuously improve through feedback.Secondary Job Accountabilities:Job may require travel for sales calls, trade shows, conferences, and sales meetings.On Call Needs - We are a global company and there are times that you may be needed outside of normal business hours.Other duties as assigned.Minimum Education & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.3-6 years proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a bilingual environment.Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Ability to quickly learn and understand changing technology
