Upper Edge Property Management is in the business of property management.
One of the core functions of the company is Business Development, or the marketing of the company's services to potential clients.
The Business Development Assistant is an individual who is extremely organized, has good time management skills, and has great people skills.
The Business Development Assistant will respond to new investor prospects, forward them to the Business Development Coordinator or Manager, and enter in new properties when contracts have been signed.
**Responsibilities**:

- Communicating with new leads (investor prospects), entering them into Lead Simple and forwarding them to the Business Development Coordinator
- Communicating with new investors regarding the data entry process of their property, including entering the property into Rent Manager
- Answering the main Upper Edge phone line and dispersing calls as necessary
- Arranging New Property Inspections
- Sending in meter readings for new properties to the utility companies
- Organizing and formatting marketing photos
- Arranging for property inspectors to take 360 photographs, then uploading and publishing a virtual tour
- Editing video walkthroughs and publishing on YouTube
- Other data entry, as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong time management skills
- Experience working with multiple technology platforms
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute

**Assets**:

- Ability to spot mistakes in contracts and other forms
- High reading comprehension scores
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in the Business development, sales, hospitality or customer service industry

Otros requisitos:

- Trabajo remoto, 100% Home Office
- Requisito indispensable - 100% bilingüe
- De preferencia con antecedentes de puestos en desarrollo de negocio, ventas, hospitalidad, servicio al cliente
- Buena conexión de internet indispensable
- Empresa Canadiense, dedicada la administración de bienes raíces
Otros beneficios:

- Aguinaldo: 2 semanas (proporcional en base a su fecha de contratación)
- Vacaciones: 2 semanas (proporcional en base a su fecha de contratación)
- Licencia Médica: 5 días con goce de sueldo (proporcional en base a su fecha de contratación)
- SGMM al cumplir 6 meses

**Salary**: $22,400.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Business Development or customer service: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
