This role is not just about support; it's about leading fromthe front, offering insights, and being a pivotal part of their journey towards substantial growth and innovation.**Key Responsibilities**:***- Operational Excellence: Manage the CEO's schedule with precision, overseeing the day-to-day executive operations with a focus on efficiency.- Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis on diverse topics to aid in decision-making and strategy formulation.- Communication and Reports: Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations, showcasing your adeptness in both written and verbal communication.- Project Management: Lead projects and initiatives, demonstrating an ability to handle multiple tasks with agility and foresight.- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, enhancing the company's network and influence.- Cultural Contributor: Actively contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence within the company. Share an innovative idea or approach you admire in your cover letter.- Financially analyze properties using self-conducted market analysis- Prepare deal booklet for each prospective property that includes financial modeling and market analysis- Perform market research with a focus on competitive sets, geographical market trends, asset class performances and correlating internal benchmarks to ensure underwriting parameters are sound and reasonable- This position will be focused on underwriting, investment performance, benchmarking and asset management- Be able to update deals as more information becomes available from public and private information sources- Assist in due diligence process with owner on different deals on prospective propertiesAnalyze financial and operational information to provide real-time offers to brokers**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree required, MBA or JD/MD also required.- At least 5 years of experience in management and supervisory roles.- Proven track record working with U.S. clients and in business operations.- Prior experience in M&A is highly desirable.- Proficiency in Notion, Loom, Google Office Suite, Microsoft Office Suite.- Excellent proficiency in business-level English, both written and spoken
