Remote Caller Appointment Setter Wanted Bilingual

Please read entire job description.We are looking for a VA who is **good on the phones and speaks English and Spanish fluently **for outbound and inbound calls, appointment setting, and translations. We are looking for someone _energetic, outgoing, and upbeat_ who is good on the phone and has great customer service skills. You will have to be fluent in spoken and written English (advanced levels preferred), fluent in Spanish, and will be completely remote and working from home.**The Role**You will be learning an appointment setting system and making calls.**The Requirements**- Proficient in Spoken and written English, fluent in Spanish and good communication skills- Great organizational skills- Upbeat personality, good listener, proactive and go getting- **Prior experience outbound calling, customer service, appointment setting preferred.**:- Can work on the Pacific Time Zone- **MUST BE WILLING TO WORK WEEKENDS (the work schedule will include Saturday and Sunday)**:- **Must have internet speeds over 30 mbps download, 10 mbps upload**:- Must be able to think quickly on their feet- We are always looking for a long term relationship; this is not project base or have an end date as long as you are performingYou must have good communication skills, think quickly on your feet, and be okay with people saying no to you. Must be willing to learn and be proactive.Pay: Base pay at $700 USD per month, paid out every 2 weeks via Wise. **Bonus for appointment sign ups and show ups start immediately**. _If you are willing to work _**6 days**_ _a week, rate will be more._Yearly bonus and Holiday bonusPay: From $12,000.00 per month**Education**:- High school or equivalent (required)**Experience**:- Phone Sales (preferred)- Appointment Setting (preferred)- Outbound calling (preferred)**Language**:- Spanish (required)- English (required)Work Location: Remote
