We help local businesses grow their market presence through local SEO and multiple other customized strategies, including website design and development, social media marketing, and content creation.**Function**- based customer outreach to connect with customers and collect past due balances while focusing on account retention through reselling the value, issue resolution, and proper expectation setting.**Scope**Responsible for collecting past due payments, resolve customer issues and ensure that accounts are set to auto-billReselling the value of the campaignAdhere to all Inbound, Outbound, Voice, and Non-voice process**Minimum Skill Requirements**- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.- Minimum 1 year experience in high volume call center role- Minimum 1 year experience in collections role- Proven ability to interact with empathy while driving results- Excellent problem-solving skills.- Negotiation skills- Excellent communications skills in English- Passionate about consumers and the technologies that serve them.- Strong attention to detail and a desire to make a difference.**We offer**:- Monday to Friday schedule- Fully remote job- Full law benefits- Weekly Pay + bonus- Paid training- Growth opportunities**Salary**: From $19,400.00 per monthWork Location: Remote**Salary**: $18,000.00 - $19,400.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
