**Compliance Auditor**The fundamental duties of the Compliance Auditor are to monitor the company's compliance and program regulations. Perform a full range of resident file reviews and regulatory reporting. Work is performed according to generally accepted standards and within policies included in state and federal law and administrative regulations.**The primary responsibilities for this role include**:1. Conduct compliance audits according to established audit plans2. Monitoring compliance documents per requirements and keep spreadsheets updated3. Following up on implementation to ensure corrective actions are taken for non-compliance documents4. Assisting supervisor with admin tasks5. Maintain accurate and organized audit documentation6. Identify opportunities of enhancement to participate and strengthen BMG's overall compliance culture**We are seeking an individual who possesses the following essential qualifications**:2. Keen attention for detail - able to review documents, records, and financial transactions accurately and thoroughly4. Problem Solving - ability to find practical solutions to compliance challenges7. Technology proficiency - familiarity with software, tools, and technology that are commonly used example Excel, Outlook and Asana8. Organizational Skills - effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and manage documentation9. Interpersonal Skills - collaborative skills within the team and various departments, communicate findings and other compliance matter concerns10.
