**Compliance Administrator**
The fundamental duties of the Compliance Administrator are to monitor the company's compliance and program regulations. Perform a full range of resident file reviews and regulatory reporting. Work is performed according to generally accepted standards and within policies included in state and federal law and administrative regulations.
**The primary responsibilities for this role include**:
1. Conduct compliance audits according to established audit plans
2. Monitoring compliance documents per requirements and keep spreadsheets updated
3. Following up on implementation to ensure corrective actions are taken for non-compliance documents
4. Assisting supervisor with admin tasks
5. Maintain accurate and organized audit documentation
6. Identify opportunities of enhancement to participate and strengthen BMG's overall compliance culture

3. Keen attention for detail - able to review documents, records, and financial transactions accurately and thoroughly
4. Communication skills - effective verbal and written communication to convey findings, recommendations and following up documents
5. Ethical judgement - must have a strong ethical compass and the ability to make decisions that align with company standards
6. Problem Solving - ability to find practical solutions to compliance challenges
7. Technology proficiency - familiarity with software, tools, and technology that are commonly used example Excel, Outlook and Asana
8. Organizational Skills - effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and manage documentation
9. Interpersonal Skills - collaborative skills within the team and various departments, communicate findings and other compliance matter concerns
10. Regulatory Updates - commitment to staying up-to-date with changes
Pay: $145.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
